Huron Coast Manufacturing Inc. is located in Greenbush Michigan. With over 90 years of tool making experience, (journeyman tool makers), we hope to be given the opportunity to serve your machining needs.\u00a0<\/p>

Huron Coast Manufacturing Inc. is capable of Wire EDM, Ram EDM, milling, surface grinding, OD, ID, grinding, turning, CNC milling and turning.\u00a0<\/strong>We also provide\u00a0welding, fabricating as well as small production runs. Heat-treating of air hardened tool steels is also available. <\/b>We are able to\u00a0machine various materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, carbide, aluminum, and various ferrous metals.\u00a0<\/strong>We also\u00a0reserve engineer tooling\u00a0<\/b>that has been damaged or in need of repair.\u00a0<\/p>

Huron Coast Manufacturing Inc. utilizes CAD software<\/strong> to reverse engineer and design tooling,<\/strong> small stamping dies, plastic extrusion tools and fixtures.\u00a0<\/strong>CAD files and prints can be provided upon request.<\/em><\/p>

Huron Coast Manufacturing Inc. caters to the emergency repair needs<\/strong> during production down time. We realize that production needs are important and we pride ourselves on producing quality work with a short turn around time.<\/p>

Huron Coast Manufacturing Inc. has vast working experience with complicated 2 and 4-axis form generation on wire EDM profiles. We machine various forms using multiple fixtures on mills and grinders. We have the ability to build plastic extrusion dies and calibration systems, small trim dies, forming dies, progression dies, fixtures and specialty detailed tooling. We also have designed and built small machines oriented around production needs.<\/p>
